company was DE -nationalized in 1983. But BT today is a modern communications
services company, providing a range of services in the UK and in more than 170
countries, not just private companies and individuals but also government and
public industries. As the oldest
communications company in the world, BT’s long history is a primary contributor
to its international reputation and popularity. BT is the leading
telecommunications provider in the UK. The company retails products for both
personal and professional use, including broadband, TV and phone packages etc.
